This Company has really
impressed us over the last few years, mainly due to the level of service
we receive from them. From experience, most companies’ service
levels start off really well and after a while drop off. We always
believe that you get what you pay for and if you want an “A
star” service, that can be very expensive, but this has not
been the case with Credit Assist Ltd.

Working Relationship with Client
Credit Assist offer a wide
range of credit reporting services. One of the most difficult areas
for us has been checking our overseas clients, as often these reports
are difficult to interpret or there is a lack of information. Credit
Assist offer a personal help desk service, which means that no matter
what your question, they will endeavour to answer it or find a person
who can. It is so refreshing that when you call a number you are not
passed from pillar to post and the next steps are made very clear
to you. They may not always find the answer you are looking for but
they would have had a good attempt at trying for you and not charge
you a fortune for doing so.

Communication & Feedback Skills
We are contacted on a regular
basis and informed of updates on their products, often an improvement
in service and with no change in our contract price. We are asked
to give constructive feedback on the products and what if anything
can be improved. This is so refreshing. But the main thing is that
it is consistent, which has meant not having to search around for
new suppliers.
On Credit Assist’s
website there is an assistance and help page which is a mine of information
on credit reporting terminology (an example is enclosed), Data Protection
and a user guide on how to get the best from the site. So if you are
a new or experienced user of credit reporting this company make a
really integral process seem easy.
